Characteristic apartment in the historic center of Florence, just a 5-10 minute walk from the central train station of Santa Maria Novella, from the Duomo (and its beautiful Cathedral) and other places of interest as the Academy with David of Michelangelo, Central market, Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio.

The apartment of 50 square meters on the first floor is completely renovated with luxury finishes, bright, with air conditioning in every room, wi-fi, TV, washing machine, wooden beams Florentine. You will find also oven, iron, hair dryer, bathroom accessories and of course, bed sheets and towels.

The apartment is composed as follows:-a large living room with sofa bed (french bed) and kitchenette-a bedroom (with a king bed) and mezzanine as studio, bathroom with large shower.

Just in front of the building there is a garage for those wishing to reach Florence by car and within walking distance of restaurants and the San Lorenzo market, offering fresh products every day.
