Description

The recently renovated air conditioning and wifi apartment is located in the historic center just a few steps from Ponte Vecchio in the Via de Barbadori located on the 4 floor. Bright and welcoming one bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed (2 places) and TV room, full kitchen with everything you need, bathroom with shower, sink and bidet. Ideal for those visiting the city without the need to use means of transport, in fact, given its strategic location is in the immediate vicinity of the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Signoria, Piazza della Repubblica, Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens and the Cathedral Florence's Santa Maria del Fiore, all reachable on foot in 5-8 minutes. In the Via de Barbadori are several shops and services , a greengrocer, a bar and a post office in nearby Via dei Bardi is a well-stocked supermarket that offers, in addition to food , an area with typical Italian products. In the streets you can find shops immediately adjacent to satisfy every need. Guests with cars can choose the paid parking in Via de Barbadori directly under the house as well as the nearby Via dei Bardi and Borgo San Jacopo.

The apartment is about 10 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes walk from the railway station Santa Maria Novella, Florence's airport is 20 minutes by taxi.

On request you can book a city tour with tour guide at a price agreement, to be paid separately directly to the guide.

If you are a family with small children please let me know your needs and will do my best to provide the necessary.

We then look at Via de 'Barbadori with the certainty to make your holiday unforgettable!

For check in after 6 pm will pay 25 euros.

For check in after 11 pm will pay 50 euros.

For check out after 11 am will pay 20 euros for every hour of delay (unless otherwise mutually agreed in advance).

How do damage deposits work?
