Description

The apartment is on the first floor (no high water) and very bright and, unlike many apartments Venice, has windows overlooking a field and court.

The interior style is modern and features a wooden parquet flooring and furniture in a minimalist style. The kitchen is floored in typical "Venetian mosaic", and fully equipped with tools necessary for the preparation of meals. The home appliances are a refrigerator and a dishwasher, a TV, a microwave, a vacuum cleaner and everything else needed to live at home.

This is a vacation home, but was inhabited until a few years ago and then comes the need for long stays.

The bedroom is spacious, with 3 windows and a large white wardrobe. The living room has a sofa bed for two people who, at night, is separated from the other rooms by means of a booth-to-ceiling blue carpet.

In the house there are many books, including art and architecture guides that explain the minor architecture and authentic Venice.

We think that the apartment can have many positive aspects related to the position on the sidelines of tourism and related to the authentic life of the city.

Further details outdoors

In 15 minutes walking you can easily get to Accademia, the most important museum of Venice, and to Guggenheim museum for modern art. In 10 minutes you can get to Zattere fondamenta, one of the most peculiar and characteristic areas of Venice, on the Giudecca canal.

4) At departure kitchenette and dishes have to be left tidy and GARBAGE REMOVAL IS STRICLTY AT THE CUSTOMER CHARGE
