“No better way to spend time in the desert”
I had an awesome 4 days mountain biking in the amazing Moab area. The condo was very nice. The furnishing was good, and the beds were quite comfortable. All the appliances were in good working order. I've stayed in many of these condos near the golf course in Moab, and this one was among the nicest.
“Comfort, Quiet and Scenery”
We stayed two nights and enjoyed it immensely. Beautiful views of the red rocks out all of the windows. A well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and a charming and quiet neighborhood. All combined for a nice stay. The management company staff were very helpful and efficient.
Location provided easy access to all of Moab, easy check in/out, the condo was very clean and provided good amenities. Internet was slow.
“Easter Jeep Safari 2016.”
Came out here with work for Easter Jeep. Place was the perfect size and location for our team. Fully furnished, very comfortable and accommodating. Everyone was pleased with the ammeneties. House backs up to golf course, which we even played. Great course, Great place. Would definately book again!

We enjoyed this condo very much. It was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The furnishings are also very nice. The blinds on the first floor or damaged when we arrived. However, this did not diminish our enjoyment of the premises.

very nice condo. large 2 bedrooms. very clean & well maintained. had a problem with the main shower head on the first day.I called & they installed a new head immediately. great service. the property management co. was easy to deal with on the initial rental booking & the shower head problem. nice setting on the golf course & in a nice & quiet neighbor hood. would book there again.
“Land "On the Green"!”
Begin the perfect Moab visit by landing "On the Green - 3378". We were fortunate to find our way to Moab Property Mgmt online during our lodging hunt and located this lovely condo. A far superior experience to staying in a nearby hotel with only a marginal difference in the rental rate. This condo was attractively appointed, well equipped and nicely maintained. Breakfast was enjoyed on a patio overlooking a small lawn and the Golf Course, and our "post-hike" muscles relaxed in a nearby pool. Even a Garage to cool our rental after a long day in the heat. The departing "leave-it as you found it" clean up regime was well worth the time given the value. And MPM did an excellent job in facilitating all the rental logistics. It couldn't have been a more enjoyable experience! AND a personal THANK YOU to the previous visitors who shared their remaining "Arches Park" pass!
“A comfortable home away from home”
Our family stayed in the condo for a week while we hiked, biked, rock climbed, etc. The condo was a perfect place to relax after our active days. The 2 bedrooms each have a king sized bed and there is an upstairs futon which was perfect for my kids who like their own space. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a grill. We also used the pool. Condo is just a short drive from town.
“Just like home”
We generally try to stay at condo/house rentals when long term just because its more comfortable. Of all the places we've stayed this was probably the best experience we've had. The folks at Mlpm really seem to know how to do this right. From our arrival, the place was marked well, entry procedures worked to a tee. The location was impeccably clean, plenty of notes and signage as to how things worked, kitchen well stocked (pans,plates,utensils). If this would have been our own place it couldn't have been any better. Comfortable beds, nice quiet neighborhood. After a long day hiking and sight seeing, it was a pleasure to come home to such a comfortable place. Wonderful outdoor area where you could cook, relax and enjoy the sunset. I would have enjoyed an upgraded Hdtv but we knew that going in and we didn't go on vacation to watch TV. The Wifi id was different than listed but it didn't take a genius to figure which id matched the pswd. Such minor things are almost not worth mentioning but I thought I'd be fair. The weather was chilly so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool area but it looked as nice as the rest of the complex. We'll be back for sure!
