“Everything was just as advertised.”

Reviewed 13 Feb 2017

My wife and I spent three nights in the unit with our two dogs. The unit and the grounds were clean, well maintained, and pet friendly. The hot tub was sparkling clean and steps away from the back door of our unit.

“Moab condo”

Reviewed 28 Sep 2014

A small 8 unit complex close to everything in Moab. Older, but clean and comfortably furnished. I would definitely stay here again but request an upper unit as the floors are squeaky, otherwise very satisfactory.

“Great stay”

Reviewed 25 Sep 2014

We stayed in the unit for about a week. It's a great place to stay. It's quiet, the amenities are nice, and in the hot summer it was wonderful to have the basement unit with air conditioning. Next time we go to Moab we'll try to rent this particular unit. We especially enjoyed having the barbeque and tables on the front lawn and the large laundry facilities.

“Perfect location!”

Centrally located and near Main Street. Everything is in walking, running, or biking distance. Relaxing back yard and front area as well. The apartment itself was great - not like staying at a hotel at all. All the comforts of home.

“Nice tidy space for our family of four.”

Reviewed 26 Apr 2014

This worked well for us with 2 kids and 2 adults. The main space is a bit small, but everything is tidy and usable and the bed in the nook of the living area was great. Fridge and kitchen fine, beds comfortable and showering water was hot. The rooms were clean and bedding was adequate and so were the window blinds and curtains. We did not really need the heating or cooling. Gave us an extra air bed to use which also was great and new. It was quiet when we were there and easy to take our things in and out of the room. The laundry room was excellent and very clean and would be good if you had bikes. The front yard was nice. Could use a few touch ups in the kitchen, drawer liners and a few more kitchen tools, and also additional places to put and hang things in the bathroom such as towels and swimsuits. Needs a luggage/suitcase stand or two or three. The self check in was great. The hot tub was 102* a bit hot for the kids to use but clean and functional. Overall very pleased, it was private, quiet and seemed secure and in my opinion much better than a hotel on the main road. Would stay here again since now it is known and worked so well for us.

“Great price for a great stay”

The property isn't fancy but it is comfortable and is perfect for a small family or small group.

“Quiet Comfortable Condo”

Reviewed 3 Apr 2014

When we were looking to rent a place to stay in Moab this time around, we compared the place we stayed last time - a tiny cabin with no bathroom and an insufficient space heater to keep you "warm" - to a variety of other options. This condo won out since it was only about $8 more per night than the place we'd stayed last time, and heck, it had indoor plumbing and a real heater. The reality of this condo, however, far exceeded my expectations. Not only did it have the amenities I have already mentioned, but it was cute and comfortable and in much better shape than most other rental properties I have ever stayed in. It didn't even have that funky smell that most rentals where people can cook have. The king bed was super comfy and the sofa and chair in the living room were perfect for hours of reading after a long hike. I liked that there was a kitchen where I could prepare meals, but there is one of those old electric stoves with the burners that tilt to the side, so it made cooking a little bit challenging at times. However, I was on vacation and not that keen to cook anyhow, so we ate a fair amount of pizza. The condos themselves are on a little side street away from the main drag, so the area they are in is pretty quiet, which was just perfect for us. We really loved staying here and will stay here again in the future. During our stay, there was a plumbing issue with the sewer line that goes to the street that needed immediate attention since we couldn't flush the toilet. The property owner got it taken care of right away. In fact, I was really impressed by how quickly she got the plumber there. So, something that could have made our stay very unpleasant, was just a minor inconvenience, and you know, plumbing happens... So, in short, if you want a great place to stay in Moab, this is a lovely, affordable choice. I have already recommended it to a couple of coworkers.
