Villa Phaedra is a traditional stone house 130sqm in a property of 500 sqm with private pool and garden is only 10 minutes drive from center of city and 5 minutes drive from beach Situated in a traditional village Prines- in a walking distance from its center ,can accomodate 8 persons .All rooms have AC

Ground floor: Living room with fireplace and sofa bed for 2 persons, dining area, full equipped kitchen ,bedroom with 2 single beds , WC/bathroom with bathtub and washing machine ,terrace to swimming pool and garden
First Floor: 2 double bedrooms(two single beds and one king bed) with access to balcony, WC/bathroom with bathtub,balcony
Outside area:Furnished terrace and balcony with sea and forest-oak view
Garden :Βarbecue, sun beds,outside shower ,children games ,private parking for 2 cars and a 30sq.m private pool

“Excellent accommodation.”
Superb accommodation only a short journey from Rethymno and several great beaches. The accommodation is new, clean and very well maintained. It includes three decent-sized bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen / diner and lounge. It is very well presented with attractive decor throughout. There is a pool which is well maintained and the location and surrounding trees give privacy. The owner, Alexandra, was very welcoming and made us feel right at home - even providing some local cuisine for us! This was an excellent base from which to explore Rethymno: 10 mins from Rethymno City and harbour, 15 mins from some great beaches including 'Adele'. less than an hour to the south coast (incl Plakias), Chania and just over an hour to Heraklion. The local village, Prines is only a short walk away too. We have 3 children aged 3, 9 and 14 - and they all enjoyed their stay here as much as we did. This is highly recommended accommodation.
