This loving decorated home set up in the Chianti hills will have you feeling welcome and serene. It has views that extend right up to the mountains with flowing vines and olive groves. It is an ideal place to stay for tranquility or exploration.....
The Space
This is a top floor apartment in a block of four flats divided of two on each side like a house, with wonderful views, free parking and is great for cycling or lovely long walks or treks in the Tuscan countryside. It can sleep up to six comfortably as it is spacious. It has a large sitting/dinning/kitchen combined with a lovely large fireplace that you can cook on.There is a large flat screen tv with surround sound.The same level has two bedrooms both with double beds, one bathroom(bath and bidet), a bathroom with shower bidet,toilet and sink.There are two balconies, one with an outdoor eating area with the most amazing views reaching out over the olive and vines, right up to the mountains(see photos) and the other balcony has views of the village. A designer metal and glass spiral staircase takes you to a very large attic with a sloping roof that also has a sofa bed, tv and dvd and desk and second sofa area.
This place is perfect to be able to savor the Chianti region. Its 30 mins to Florence by car or you can catch a bus. The position of this apartments allows you to make you way to all the wine and olive tasting that you could possibly wish to visit. This apartment has been decorated as a personal home and one can easily see all the love that has been put into it.

Large Living/Dining/Kitchen area with balconies.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, very large sliding door wardrobe and beautiful views. Second bedroom has a double sized bed with wardrobe. On this same level, one finds a large bathroom complete with bidet and a separate shower room complete with bidet. In the living room area one finds a designer glass and metal spiral staircase that leads to a large attic with a sofa bed, tv and dvd, sofa area .(Roof is not very high in parts).You can breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful views or sit out in the sun.
Interaction with Guests
Guests will meet Stefano or his family. Ana is sometimes in town too and helps out. Stefano loves meeting people and is always so ready to help to tell you where you can go wine tasting, places to visit and also the nightlife in Florence.He comes from a decorating background so he has done up this apartment himself with a lot of love and attention to detail.
