“Great 2BR in Settlers Creek”

Reviewed 28 Mar 2017

Always enjoy Settlers Creek. This 2BR was well furnished and in excellent condition. Close to the pool/ hot tub was great too. Although a bit of drive to any ski slope other than Keystone, it's a great spot we truly enjoy.

“This townhome was extremely nice!”

Reviewed 20 Mar 2014

When we vacation, our accommodations are typically very nice. This townhome was as nice as they come. Everything about his place was first class. It was very comfortable, very roomy and conveniently located to the slopes. Being across the clubhouse was also very convenient. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

“Beautiful Condo - Unfortunate Experience”

Reviewed 12 Dec 2013

This condo is really gorgeous, it is super clean and tidy and well decorated. Not extravagant but definitely along the lines of your own home! We could not have been more happy with the condo itself. The downside, like another review I read, the sound attenuation between the unit upstairs is pretty scarce. The chandelier over the dining table actually shook, this didn't bother some of us but definitely bothered others. The water never actually got steaming, but was more luke warm the entire time and the keys to the little common area with the pool and hot tub were not working. We ran in to another person having the same issue, but it sure looked nice! Those were bummers, but really didn't overwhelm our experience by any stretch. We were still so happy with our stay and the beautiful area it was in... would choose the upstairs unit if we had the opportunity : ) I would choose this over a ski resort condo any day!

“This place made me fall in love with Keystone”

Reviewed 21 Nov 2013

I had a girl's night out in Keystone a week ago and we stayed at 6532 Settlers Creek Townhome for a night. With all the condos and townhomes I have stayed over the years on vacation and travel, this is one of the best places that's so homey and welcoming. The two bedrooms, two baths are big enough for up to medium-sized families or a group of friends. There is also a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed to accommodate more. It is professionally decorated throughout with mountain lodge decor and spotless inside out. The kitchen is fully furnished with pots/pans and utensils if you'd like to cook your meals. The unit is set with a picturesque mountain view from the rear of the unit. You may jump to the hot tub across the street or use the jetstream bath in the unit if you need to soak the achy muscles after a day on the slope. It's within walking distance to ski lifts, shops and restaurants. I don't know why I'd never stayed in Keystone before. It's a small town, but full of charms and hospitality. It offers the amenities of Vail without the hype, price tag and pretentiousness. If you've been dying to vacation in Colorado, keep this townhome (6532 Settlers Creek) on your short list. You won't regret it.

“Great location comfortable unit with super amenities”

Reviewed 12 Sep 2013

The unit is in the quite corner of great resort. There is something to do every day. One of Colorado's finest restaurants is a short walk. There are miles of maintained hiking and bike available .

“Frustrating stay!”

Reviewed 17 Jan 2013

Settlers Creek Townhome was very nice, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The convenience to Keystone Resort and bus shuttle was great. We enjoyed the small hill behind the house for a little sledding. The location to the hot tub and cabin was perfect. Our major complaint, the home above us. We had no idea that there was another rental above us. The stairs that run the wall along our daughters bedroom where a nightmare! Late night running up and down the stairs and early wakeup calls with our neighbors ski gear was a horriable. We actually had to call the homeowners association to please tell them to stop running and slamming things around at 1 am, yes we heard it all from downstairs! Had we known there where neighbors above us, we would have never rented the unit. We where disappointed that we had no access to the garage, which was never mentioned. On our second night/ first full day of snowboarding, we came back to the unit at 4:00 pm to find out we had no hot water for showers. After many attempts to contact someone ( all the contact numbers that had been listed to call where incorrect) We finally got a response at 9 pm...they sent out a service man and our hot water finally returned at 11:30 pm. We never received any apologies just someone letting us know that we could have taken a shower at the cabin across the street. I was shocked! You don't pay that kind of money to have to take a shower in a public restroom in the middle of winter! Although we really enjoyed the amenities and comfortable decor of the Townhome, the downstairs unit most definitely was not for us.
