The first guest bedroom is on the main floor and features a twin over double bunk bed and another twin bed. What to be aware of

- None of our units here in Keystone have air conditioning. The temperature in the Rockies cools off around 8 o'clock in the evening every day, therefore an AC is unnecessary.

- There is no access to a hot tub or pool in this unit.

- There is a flight of stairs up to the entrance of this unit and there is a flight of stairs inside the unit.

-No smoking allowed.

-No pets allowed. 

- Must be 25 years or older to book.

SkyRun cannot provide more parking than the listing states.  There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort.  Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots.  Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.DEPOSIT: Major Credit Cards Accepted - 33.33% of rental required upon confirmation of all reservations as deposit (min $300). Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. PRICING: The rates above do not include 6.28% CO and local sales taxes, a 6.9% resort booking fee, and a $59 accidental damage waiver which will all be added to your reservation.

Rates DO include clean linens and towels when you arrive and include a cleaning after you leave. You are responsible for cleaning during your stay. A mid-week clean is available for an extra charge during your stay.
