Deer Valley Vista is a luxury townhouse nestled between the ski slopes of Deer Valley Resort and Jordanelle Reservoir. This beautiful property features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, chef’s kitchen, 2 large family living rooms, formal dining room, game room with air hockey table and pool table, second kitchen downstairs, fireplaces, HDTV’s, and private hot tub for all of your entertainment needs and wants. The location is just perfect for your next ski holiday as Deer Valley Ski Resort is only 2 minutes away and can be seen from private balcony and bedrooms throughout the home. In the summer, Jordanelle Reservoir is just next-door for all of your summer time activities.

This three-story 3,200 square foot townhouse is located across from Deer Valley’s Deer Crest Gondola in the Shores at Stillwater. Our designer furnished home has a main floor master bedroom suite. The townhouse has fabulous views of the Jordanelle Lake and the slopes at Deer Valley that only a few homes in the area possess.

Guest Bedroom (2) – The second bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (sleeps 2), dresser, desk fireplace, walk-in closet and private en suite bathroom. The second en suite bathroom features a granite countertop with a his and hers vanity, bronze finishes, custom wood cabinetry, bathtub and shower.
Guest Bedroom (3) – The third guest bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (sleeps 2), dresser, reading chairs, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The bathroom features a granite countertop with his and hers vanity, custom wood cabinetry and large glass encased shower.
Guest Bedroom (4) – The fourth bedroom, ideal for children, features two custom wood bunk beds, each with a twin bed on top and double size bed on the bottom, dressers and walk-in closet. The bathroom that features granite countertop with vanity, custom wood cabinetry, large jetted tub and large glass encased shower.
The half bathroom is situated on the main floor and has all the same finishes.

Our extended family from several states has a boating vacation every year at Jordanelle State Park. We love the area and the activities and our stay was extra special this year as we used the Deer Valley Vista townhome. Our accomodations were fantastic and everyone really enjoyed the townhome and amenities. We would highly recommend this unit and we are already looking forward to next year.

“Deer Valley, Satisfied”
Oh we absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was beautifully furnished, very cozy and roomy. We had two families together during our stay and the accommodations met every need. We’re big on cooking and the kitchen was fully stocked and supplied.Not to mention how convenient it is to drive up to Jordanelle, literally a five minute drive. “I didn't want to leave!”
Four couples rented this unit for a golf vacation. It was spectacular in almost every way. The accomodations were comfortable and luxurious. The unit was spacious and met all of our needs for cooking in and gathering in the evenings. It was tastefully decorated and made us all feel at home. The views are spectacular from almost every window. If we could offer one suggestion: the boys missed having a T.V. in each bedroom. They just can't go to sleep without ESPN!! Thank you again. We were very pleased with our choice of accomodations and will plan to come again.

“Beautiful home, but some administrative problems”
This home is roomy, beautifully furnished, and very well stocked with dishes and towels. We had 10 adults in our party, including 4 older teenagers, and the house was a very good fit for us. It is located conveniently to Park City and all 3 ski areas, and is a 5-minute drive from Deer Valley's Jordanelle gondola. Unfortunately we were emailed the wrong information just prior to our trip, so when we tried to access the house via the garage upon arrival, the code did not work. It took us 2 hours of phone calls, waiting in the cold, and a fair amount of anxiety before we finally gained access to the house (after a long day of travel). The internet access information was also incorrect, so we were without internet the first 2 days of our stay, which proved difficult because my husband had planned to work from there during our stay. He also ended up going into the basement to fix the internet connection about 5 days in to our stay as the internet signal died. Finally, the bedspread in one of the upstairs bedrooms had blood stains on it, but I was able to change it for another we found in a drycleaning bag in a closet. We enjoyed our stay overall, but for the price paid for this beautiful house, I expected better service and am surprised we have not been offered a small $ discount for the number of issues we experienced.

I would like to apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with the incorrect check-in and Internet login information; they are simple issues that could have been addressed and solved more effectively. Prior to the peak winter season, we had migrated our system to a new and updated software platform, which obviously proved to have some immediate issues that we were unaware of, so again my apologies for that. I followed up on the issue with the bedspread, but I couldn’t identify which one. Each property we manage, whether designed to hilt or more modest in build, is cleaned extensively from the home itself to the linens and bedding, so this was surprising to hear. Again, thank you for your review and detailed insight. We do hope that you and your party enjoyed your vacation to Park City and that these problems didn’t prove too difficult. “What a beautiful home and place to stay”
We have stayed in many Vrbo through the years but hands down this has been the cleanest, Luxurious, largest, persoally decorated home we have ever stayed in. Check in was easy as we were just given a key code to the garage. It was easy to find and the location was perfect. Our view of the lake and the mountains was beautiful. This home has been professionally decorated and it like a five star hotel. It has a gourmet kitchen with viking appliances. It is so huge that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. With the three floors no one was ever interrupted. Nice hot tub located just on one of the three patios. The picture do not do this location justice. We got free tickets to the dog show from the hotel, went to Park silly which is a free huge event. Swam at the pool but the best part was just being able to be in a quiet, peaceful setting surrounded by nature. We were sitting on the porch one night looking into the trees and a deer stood up and walked away. We walked birds and other animals. We wanted to stay and eat there rather than going out. Park City and Heber are moments away but you just do not want to leave the comfy couches. There are several TVs, 2 sets of washer and dryers so don't pack a lot of clothes anyone choosing to stay here will never regret it
