Description

Beautiful turn of the century brownstone in South Philly. Furnished. Two stories, plus a finished basement or in-law apartment. Four bedrooms, three baths. Spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms. Skylight. Wood floors. High ceilings. Dishwasher, disposal, gas range, washer and dryer. Central AC. Lots of closet space. Small enclosed back patio with barbecue. Three blocks to the Broad Street subway and four stops to Center City. Stadium Complex for all Philly sports teams only two subway stops away. Nice neighborhood, great restaurants and takeout nearby. Street parking.

Sleeps ten. Two king beds. Four single beds. Bunk beds.

This is a great place to vacation for the week. Cheaper than center city hotels, but with all the access and better food nearby. Have all the comforts of home. Perfect for a large to medium sized group or a small group looking for some elbowroom. If you’re in town for business, sightseeing, sporting event, or one of Philly’s many conventions, you can’t go wrong.

“Better than home!”

I recently stayed at this house while visiting the Philadelphia Flower show with some friends. The location was great, it is near 95, downtown, the subway, and services. The house is well maintained, has modern appliances, and plenty of room for guests. The owner gave us great tips for nearby local hotspots and dining. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly and helpful.

This is a great place to stay if you are traveling to Philly. The beds are comfortable, the whole house is very clean and its a great place to relax. The location is a great place to branch out from during the day to see museums, sporting events etc. the Bus service can be caught right at the corner and the subway is an easy two block walk. Many restaurants are nearby if you don't want to cook in the fully equipment stocked kitchen. We will be staying here again.

As part of a group in Philly for business, we wanted a place to rest that felt more like home than just another hotel room. We couldn't have been happier with this rental property. Very clean and comfortable. With an easy commute to Center City and many wonderful food choices nearby, as well as a full kitchen. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had, and we are looking forward to staying there again when we are in town.

What a great house! Very comfortable in all respects. We had to be in center city and this house provided the perfect retreat space. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms well equipped. Every detail was thought of. Plenty of space for our group. Plus it was so easy to catch the bus - right at the corner!! - to center city. The subway was just a couple blocks. Plus the owner provided lots of ideas for eating out all within walking distance. Absolutely would stay here again - already booked for next year! An ideal house in an ideal location. Simply the best rental we have had!

We needed a place for our adult family of 8.Plenty of beds,privacy and bathrooms.This home was exceptionally clean.We had everything we needed as if we were at home. We could walk to public transportation for access to the whole city. Also there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance Our family had a great experience and we loved our vacation. The owners were very accommodating and made renting easy. I would never stay in a hotel in Philadelphia again.

We have stayed at this rental several times. It's in a great location with good restaurants,close to public transportation, and easy to get to Center City. The place is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained; lots of space, good kitchen, nice bathrooms with plenty of hot water, and beds that are very comfortable.
