Chateau Aspen 16 is a remodeled two bedroom, two bath condominium, located on the third floor, that has been upgraded with a beautiful color palette, materials, and furnishings. It has a full kitchen, a breakfast bar and separate dining area, a gas fireplace, flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twins that can be made into a king upon request. Chateau Aspen is in the center of the downtown core and just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building's common courtyard has a gas grill and fire pit and offers a nice place to gather outside. Call us, and allow McCartney Property Management's guest services to open the door to your Aspen experience! Please note: No pets unless certified service animal with papers.

“Conveniant location to all aspen has to offer”
Location in aspen could not be better.#16 is very comfortable and has all the ammenities we need:washer & dryer,nicely equipped kitchen.Televisions do need to be updated
