Find your own “Ocean Paradise” with a property that has it all...private pool, hot tub, full-size pool table and foosball table in the rec room. Impeccably decorated and thoughtfully furnished inside and out to provide lots of comfortable seating for togetherness or peaceful relaxation. Sleeping 16, the spacious rooms give the whole property an open, beachy feel. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Ocean Sands, Ocean Lakes Community, with a beautiful view of the stocked freshwater lake and just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean. The kids will love fishing and crabbing lakeside, playing in the sun and surf at the easy, private beach access, or splashing and romping in the pool while you relax in the hot tub. In addition, use of the community Olympic-sized pool, tennis and pickleball courts are included. Access to the Corolla bike path and close proximity to tons of shopping and restaurants. Sandwiched between the Timbuck II and Food Lion shopping centers (1 mile to the north) and the Harris Teeter shopping center (1 mile to the south) the location doesn't get any better.
New for 2024: Bathroom floors, fresh paint in bedrooms and bathrooms.
New for 2023: Addition of second dining set - expanding table seating to 14. Updated living room furniture to include an additional seating area. Upgraded kitchen appliances. Couch and club chair added to the rec room. Room darkening curtains, flat screen TVs and new bedding in bedrooms. Updated outdoor shower with new faucet, shower head, deck flooring, shelf, bench and door lock. Foot washing station added. New outdoor furniture and gas grill added.
New for 2021: New flooring in all bathrooms and bedrooms, fresh paint in all bathrooms, new bedding on all beds, painted kitchen cabinets, new furniture in kitchen and living room, new hot tub.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

“Great house with more than enough room for everyone.”

Response from the manager Dear Nikerocky, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We apologize that your stay at this house was not what you expected. This property's owner along with many on the Outer Banks does not do any landscaping on the property, but rather leaves the natural grasses of the area to grow so that the sandy soil will be stabilized. Your expectation on landscaping is a disappointment because it just isn't done. Regarding the hot tub problem we did contact the hot tub vendor within an hour of your call and he corrected the problem with the tub the same day of your call. He returned to the property mid-week of your stay as well to ensure all was working fine and he found no problems. I apologize that you were expecting a follow up call of some sort from us. We thought the issue was resolved immediately. Regarding the electric burners on the stove they are indeed removed every week during the cleanign of the property so that the burner drip pans can be thoroughly cleaned. There is no fire hazard, but rather the cleaner simply didn't plug them back in property for which we apologize. Finally we take pride in our customer service especially on the phone so your report of someone having a poor experience on the phone with one of our agents is troubling. We actually record every call that comes into the company for training purposes so we will indeed follow up on this with you directly to find out more about what you are speaking of. We hope to serve you again in the future however, and thank you again for sharing your thoughts. All the best from the beach!
