Description

Centrally located off Highway 7 South with a breathtaking view of Lake Hamilton. Split level home with two bedrooms and one bath on the main level and large bedroom, bath and laundry room with washer and dryer on the lower level. King bed with tempur pedic mattress in master bedroom, double bed in second bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa and bunk beds in lower level bedroom. Sunken living room with hardwood flooring, fireplace and large picture window overlooking the lake. Enjoy the lake view from the patio or relax on the upper level balcony. Fully equipped kitchen and linens provided. Televisions in living room and all bedrooms with Cable TV. WiFi available.

The view from the Balconies is beutiful, very peaceful. It is an older home, it needs updating and deep cleaning. Overall had a nice time in a great location.

We are planning some updates but it is a mid-century home and we want to keep it "retro." There are many newer modern homes out there, but for a much higher rate. We want to keep our rates moderate for families to enjoy being on the lake. As you said, the view is amazing and you can't get that everywhere. Thanks. Sharon and Craig

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Craig (the owner) a message.

If Craig (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
