Description

The home is located within the proximity of four marinas where guest are welcome to rent boats and kayaks. It’s also close by four wineries. Only 20 minutes off the Blue Ridge Parkway near the “Peaks of Otter.” Close by Smith Mountain Lake Park with a ton of hiking trails. 30 minutes from Roanoke. Booker T Washington National Monument is also near by as well as a D-Day Memorial in Bedford. Va.

This 5 BR, 4 BA home is located in a wide cove. There are two Master Bedroom Suites with a separate childrens sleeping area. Included are 4 queen bed,; 2 twin beds and 2 bunk beds with twins on top and doubles on bottom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and ice-maker. Dining table with 10 chairs (extra chairs there also). Living room has a wood-burning fireplace. Family room with large screen TV, DVD, Stereo w/cassette & CD player. Lower level Rec room with fireplace, lots of books, toys, games, Professional Foosball table, large screen TV & DVD. Lower level is where the washer/dryer is located and a second refrigerator. House has a screened in porch with an additional deck with a Stainless Steel Grill. Dock is stationary with party deck . Also has a small sand beach!
