The Roost is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home. The house is beautifully furnished with top of line appliances, portable air conditioning, ceiling fans, wifi, bedding, furniture, etc. So proud of our Trip Advisor 2013 & 2014 Award of Excellence.

Cuddle up next to the beautiful fireplace with one of the many board games, books, etc.

The Roost is a fully furnished home with two queen, one full and two twin beds. In the fully-equipped kitchen you will find everything you could ever need to prepare a special family feast including two ovens.

Downstairs enjoy the game room which has bumper pool, poker table, board games galore, popcorn cart, bar area, etc.

Outside on the massive deck you will find a BBQ with 2 patio tables & chairs, chaise lounge chairs and other deck furniture. We have a basketball hoop, Kettler Ping Pong table and darts outside for your evening enjoyment.

The Roost is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown (many shops and restaurants, golf, tennis, swimming pool, pee-wee golf, skate park, local park where they have movies, concerts, and farmers market during the summer). We have membership NOT ONE BUT TWO private lakes in Twain Harte, CA.

The house is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully equipped, the decks are lovely, and it is conveniently located to Twain Harte. It is perfect!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tammy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
