The cottage is built in a modern Spanish style, with an open plan, tasteful interior. The cottage provides a large social area for friends and family to dine and spend time together in comfort with incredible views.
The cottage is an ideal base for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts. Located in the heart of ‘The Outdoor Capital of the UK’ and just a short drive from Ben Nevis, guests are spoilt for choice as to how they wish to spend their time. We are also a haven for seafood lovers who may want to sample some of Scotland’s finest seafood with our neighbors – The Lochleven Seafood Café.

“Lochleven Seafood Cottage”
Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage, perfect location by the Loch, with access to local mountain bike trails, beaches, waterfalls and local . Fishing ports. Juan the host was superb, providing get links prior to our stay and details of the nearby jetty for fishing. The cottage catered for everything, we had such an amazing holiday

“Fabulous”
The seafood cottage is amazing. Spectacular location and superb accommodation. We had two weeks with three teenagers and all had a great time. We will be back.

“Good base, needs some TLC.”
We stayed at Loch Leven Cottage for 1 week with 6 of us. I would say the cottage is ideal for 6 people but anymore I think it would feel over crowded as there is very little furniture in the living room area. Where the lodge is situated is perfect, not far from Fort William/Ben Nevis Range/Glencoe. The kitchen is equipped, the beds are very comfy and the showers/bath were great too. The decorations around the cottage look very dated and could do with revamping - I think the photos on the website could be misleading. Overall it was a nice stay, but for us to return we would like to see some upgrading of furniture and decor to really sell the place. Thank you Juan for a comfortable stay.
