Description

Primrose Cottage was graded 4 Star by Visit Britain.
The cottage has been refurbished, and provided with modern quality furniture.
Featuring plasma high definition T.V in both the bedroom and lounge, each having a D.V.D player and freesat channels.
The bedroom has a king size bed and en-suit facilities.
Outside, a barbeque and picnic table have been provided.
The cottage has a security alarm system and safe, for additional peace of mind.

For larger parties, neighbouring Bluebell Cottage which shares the same private courtyard could well be available. Ask the owners for details.

Situated in the heart of the ancient market town of Guisborough, and dating back to the 1800's this semi-detached mews cottage has been lovingly restored by the present owner. The cobbled streets of Guisborough are dominated by the Augustine Priory ruins founded in 1119 by Robert de Brus II.
Gateway to the North York Moors National Park where bridle paths and cycle tracks lead to pretty little villages and friendly local tea rooms tucked away deep in the valleys.
An ideal holiday location for exploring the Heritage coastline. The Victorian seaside town of Saltburn is but a short drive. Continue your journey along the coast, and visit the smugglers coves at Staithes and Runswick Bay and then Whitby, the famous fishing port.
Primrose Cottage is conveniently located close to Shops, pubs and restaurants within 20 yards.
Ground floor: Lounge with large comfortable sofa and dining table, kitchen.
First floor: 1 double bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite with large shower, toilet and basin.
Gas central heating, all fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included. High speed wireless broadband is provided. There is a washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and microwave. There is a patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
