Response from the manager Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us Karen, though I am sorry to see that it wasn’t a happy one. I can see that we were initially informed about the failure of the water pump late in the morning of your second day. We appreciate that this is far from ideal but the property owner made every effort to make sure provisions were made for your comfort until this was resolved later that afternoon. I can see that you spoke to our Customer Relations team on the same day about the heating and raised some concerns about it. As you were unable to demonstrate the problem to the owner it was difficult to overcome this. However, we did get reassurance from her that the heating was working correctly and had been serviced recently. We also asked you how the heating could be adjusted for your personal preference but were unable to elicit a response to be able to fix this for you. Please accept out apologies that we weren’t able to resolve this to your satisfaction. I do hope you will reconsider going on holiday with us in the future. Kind Regards, The Customer Relations Team
