This semi-detached barn conversion is set on the edge of the small village of Lingdale, near to the town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea in North Yorkshire and offers accommodation for four people in two bedrooms.Calf House is an all ground floor barn conversion on the outskirts of the village of Lingdale, four miles from the town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. This semi-detached cottage offers accommodation for four people with two bedrooms consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open-plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside of this cottage there is a patio and lawned area to rear with garden furniture and ample off road parking. Calf House is a lovely cottage close to many attractions and is ideal all year round.
Amenities: Underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freevierw, DVD, WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Patio and lawned area to rear with garden furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Dogs not to be left unattended in property. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. North York Moors 10 mins walk. Note: When outside, dogs should be attended at all times. This property can also be booked along side The Granary Cottage (7402) and The Cow Byre (7403) to accommodate group bookings of up to 15 people. Note: Car charging is available on request, charges will apply.
Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
Town: Lingdale is a small village set on the outskirts of the North York Moors National Park and offers a shop and pub. Only four miles away is the town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, which boasts a number of amenities including shops, tearooms, pubs, art galleries, sandy beaches and a pier. Within easy distance of Lingdale are Staithes, Runswick Bay, Whitby and Scarborough.

“Great cottage conveniently positioned for access to N Yorks Moor”
Lovely little cottage, converted to a high standard. Owners very friendly and happy to help. Good access to main Whitby/Guisborough road that borders the moors. Also easy to reach the coast.
