Everything... the location, condition, view, amenities... were just right. There was even Salsa dancing next doormat the aston hotel.
“Location, view, unit decor and amenities are all a+++”
This unit is wonderfully decorated and furnished; felt very much like a home, and kitchen had everything we could want. The view from dining and living room is fantastic. We got up early for sunrises on the lanai chairs and loungers, looking perfectly East. Windows were open all week, and there was a nice ocean breeze flowing though to the bedroom. Comfy bed and 1 1/2 baths were nice, no waiting, LOL. Location is great to get to Kapaa or Lihue for food and shopping. We bought steaks and fresh eared corn from Big Save and Bbq'd them on Kaha Lani grounds one night. Lydgate beach/park was maybe a 1/4 mile walk down park path (or drive 2 minutes) for nice swimming and snorkeling. We're probably going to Maui next year, but the Kaha Lani, and this unit #326 in particular, will definitely be our first choice when returning to Kauai... and we will. Thank you.

Had a great time in the unit. Great weather and a fantastic view that the pictures don't do full justice to! Only minor complaint was that we thought the sofa in the living room was going to be a typical pullout sofa and it wasn't. Was a little rough for our kid to sleep on at times
This was our third trip to Kaha Lani but first time to #326. The view was spectacular--nothing in front of you but beautiful ocean view with refreshing breeze. The condo itself is nice and clean and well stocked with basic amenities. We appreciated being able to use the boogie boards and other beach gear. We really liked the high ceilings and being on the 3rd floor as you don't get noise from upstairs neighbors. Our only "complaint" was the noise coming from the bedroom window. There are two condo units behind the building and the patrons were quite noisy and woke up before the roosters. Unfortunately the noise went directly into our bedroom window which woke us up. After a few sleepless nights, we called the Garden Property Management and Sue had the maintenance man fix our windows so we could shut them at night. This helped a bit with the noise. I wish we had called her earlier. She was very prompt and responsive to our needs. The Kaha Lani is the perfect location to be on Kauai. You're in the middle of the island and Lydgate beach is a lovely stroll away. The beach in front of the condo is also great for evening walks (though you cannot swim there as the waves are very rough).

Bernadette, house cleaner was very informative, helpful, and responsive to our requests and needs. The condo was very nice but could use a table and chairs on the Lanai. The curtains in the bedroom were broke. The location and view were the best. Best we liked the view of the ocean and least was not having a table on the Lanai to have dinner.
The most wonderful experience and view my sister and I have ever had. Everything was so clean and we made sure it was left that way. We have already recommended it to our friends and relatives about how reasonable it was. We cooked the whole time except l lunch out - kitchen and all else accomodations were perfect. Mattress great - couldn't tell when the other was moving -smile. #326 is so perfectly located when traveling too other places and the walkway is so nice for exercise at any time. Pool so sparkling clean. One suggestion. The kitchen needs a large spatula for turning things. I took 400 pictures.

The room was quiet & comfy providing a great view of the sunrise & water. It had a good size deck, and well equipped kitchen. It was comfy and nicely decorated. The grounds were well kept and friendly staff.

I shouldn't be surprised anymore that the condo that I stay in at Kaha Lani is represented accurately on the internet. This is not only a lovely place to enjoy Kauai, out of the hustle of the resort areas, but the service and care of the complex is obvious as it is well maintained, pleasant and the staff on location and at Garden Properties is professional and helpful. I have a lot of confidence in both. This is my third stay and will definately stay at Kaha Lani again.

The ability to walk directly onto a vast swiming beach without needing to drive is a real plus. The view from unit 326 is also quite spectacular.

This was our eighth or ninth stay as the Kaha Lani. We used to stay in 119 on the first floor but asked for a higher floor for security purposes. This was our second stay in the Kaha Lani 326. Last time we stayed for 2 weeks. We enjoyed it so much that this time we stayed for the entire month of April. We very much enjoy the location of the Kaha Lani with the very nice walkpath in the back that leads to Lydgate Park. It is in an off the beat location and affords quiet and is extemely well maintained. The pool area with the outdoor grills is great. The Kaha Lani 326 unit is very comfortable with a nice breeze most of the time. The high ceilings also help to keep it spacious and cooler. We very much like the tile floors in the great room and kitchen. They are cooler and easier to maintain than carpeting in a tropical area. The oceanfront view from the unit and spacious lanai is spectacular in both good and bad weather. The unit is pretty well equipped for a long stay and we enjoy it since we cook in a lot. A new heavy duty can opener would be helpful in the kitchen. The one minor negative is that the bedroom backs closely onto another unit's lanai across the way. This is only a problem if there are loud people there early in the morning or late at night. That only happened once or twice for a very short time and did not spoil our visit in any way. We have always booked through Garden Island properties and will continue to do so in the future. We also very much liked the excellent internet access available from the 326 unit. That was a great plus for us and we look forward to another stay in Kaha Lani 326 again in the not too distant future. Mahalo Nui Loa,
