“Nice, comfortable”

All good except WiFi worked only very spasmodically. My dog liked it too. Coffee machine but no coffee provided.

3RR is always accommodating for late arrivals and the staff is always delightful. The cabins are authentically rustic on the outside and very clean and comfortable on the inside. Almont is a great little town with down-to-earth people - unpretentious and friendly.

We stayed here 3 nights the end of Sept 2013 in cabin 30. The check-in was easy and the lady (don't remember her name) was very pleasant. My husband had stayed her many times in the past for hunting but this was my first stay here. We really enjoyed it and we thought the value was good for the money. Thanks for a great stay!

I was looking for a place to celebrate my 30th birthday with 24 of my closest friends and our dogs and Three Rivers turned out to be perfect. We had tons if space, a good amount of privacy, and everyone at the resort was extremely friendly and accommodating! I will be back!

My family has been staying @the 3 Rivers Resort in almont since 1995. The accomodations are always excellent. Cabins are always clean and the staff is friendly and always helpful.

Good value for the cabin. Contains most items you need, reducing the number of household goods to travel with. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a fan for the bedrooms as it can be rather warm at night- even in the mountains.

Have stayed here before and was looking forward to returning. Something has changed at resort. First off, restaurant decides on a whim to close at it's leisure. Twice we went up to eat and they refused to seat us stating they had decided to close early. Store is just as bad about this. Had major plumbing back up at the unit we were staying in. Called the on call number and an individual showed up half drunk with a heavy odor of alcohol. He decided to move us to another cabin and then proceeded to lecture us on using the cabin minimally as they had other guests checking into that cabin the next day and they did not want to have to clean it. Sad to see what was a great resort decline. Never got a call or letter from resort mgmt. Stating they were sorry for inconvenience. I guess they did not care as the room had already been paid for

Response from the manager I'm sorry to hear about your experience. The service you describe is not typical of our resort and staff. This is the first I have heard of problems with your cabin and the restaurant. I would very much like to talk to you further regarding your stay and see if there is anything we can do for you. Without knowing specific details (dates, circumstances, etc.)it's hard for me to comment on the plumbing situation or the restaurant hours. Unfortunately I don't hear of many issues until after a guest has left and writes a review online. I would much rather talk to you in person so I will try to contact you shortly.
