“BREATHTAKING!!!!”

Reviewed 22 Mar 2017

We so loved staying at Divine this last weekend! It was amazing. A little outside of Estes Park, which was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle whenever we wanted. It was about 1,000 ft. higher than the town of Estes, overlooking the mountain range to the west. It was sooo beautiful... peaceful... calming. The view off our deck took our breath away! The home itself was really pretty also -- well decorated, clean, had all the extras you would want, parking inside a garage, and again... those views. We saw elk and deer in our neighborhood & also went up higher and hiked/climbed. So gorgeous!!!!! We will definitely return!!!!!

Response from the manager You are definitely invited to return to Windcliff.com as soon as you possibly can - what a wonderful review!!! Reviews like yours are the reason 70% of Windcliff.com guests are former guests! C'mon back! - Rich & the staff at Windcliff.com

Divine was perfect! It had been 14 years since our last vacation, which was our honeymoon. We couldn't have been more pleased with Divine for our family's first vacation, and we were able to celebrate our 14th anniversary in the mountains. The house had terrific ammenities, the views were spectacular (pictures just don't do it justice), and it was the perfect place to relax and connect as a family. We will definitely return to Estes Park and Divine will be our first choice.

“Perfect Stay!”

Divine was such a wonderful home that we got to enjoy for a week! It exceeded our expectations and we could not have been more pleased with the breathtaking views! We appreciated the fully furnished kitchen and all of the details that they thought to provide! We made many lasting family memories and will definitely be back!

“Divine Vacation”

Reviewed 7 Sep 2014

This was our first vacation to RMNP and Estes Park, truly America the beautiful! My husband & I stayed in the Divine Home. What an excellent choice! Pictures cannot capture the incredible 180 degree view of those gorgeous mountains! It was such a treat to spend a week in the Divine. It was blissfully quiet and serene. The decor is perfect . . . wood floors throughout, cozy woolen throws to wrap up in - two very soft, deep chocolate brown, leather sofas & fun, faux cowhide chairs . . . and did I mention the view? We could not have been more comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and well used. We woke one morning to two does & their fawns eating the wild flowers right outside our bedroom glass door. Thank you Windcliff & Divine homeowners for a wonderful vacation. Can't wait to come back! Susie & Gerry Schwartz, Houston

“Mountain Paradise!”

Reviewed 16 Jul 2014

Our experience at Divine under the management of Windcliff Properties was a wonderful experience. The Staff couldn't be nicer and professional, very attentive to all of our needs. The house was fabulous and it met all of our needs, we felt at home from the first minute we walked in. Then when we opened the blinds and stood on the porches, upstairs or downstairs we were faced with amazing & awesome views, only as its Creator is himself.

“Divine and the great flood of 2013”

Reviewed 26 Sep 2013

We stayed in Divine for 5 of our scheduled 7 nights and wish it could have been longer, as it's a lovely home and so well situated on the mountain. This was our third visit to Windcliff and our third home. After the first day it began to rain and it rained and it rained and of course the rest is history. The roads at Windcliff began to collapse and we were fortunate to get out in time, two days early, and literally drove in flooded waters through Trail Ridge Road the 6-hour way to Denver. What a sad situation it was and likely still is as I write this nearly 2 weeks later. So sad we didn't get to hike more. We've been coming up to Estes Park for many years and know the park well. We did enjoy a whole lot of unexpected time in the home, as we could do nothing else. The kitchen is fully-equipped (and we left lots and lots of food in our hasty retreat) and the master bedroom and bathroom are wonderful. Views on the porch are spectacular and we would have loved to have spent more time out there, but 15 inches in 3-1/2 days didn't allow much of that. We used the washer/dryer a few times as we got muddy and we had very young children with us. I don't have a negative on Divine. I don't even have a negative about the weather because it was no one's fault. I am very, very disappointed in how it all came about but we were always safe and fortunately never lost our power. We did lose cable and internet access the last two days we were there but considering what many people were going through it was nothing. I'll never forget the sight of water rushing down Elkhorn and Moraine avenues as we watched from higher ground in town. So sad. Also the people literally stranded inside the Ymca - we have incredible photos of this week and honestly we can't wait to return. Depending on how many people next time we will certainly book Divine again.

Response from the manager We are very sad that you were affected by the flood in our beautiful mountain paradise. The historic amount of rain we had was unprecedented in our history as the eastern slope of the Rockies is quite dry. We are happy to report that Windcliff, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park are open for business. Great progress has been made on road repairs and most businesses and restaurants are open. The best part of the tragic flood was how everyone in Estes Park and surrounding towns pulled together and got right to work repairing the damage and getting back open for business. Windcliff is open and the fall weather is beautiful with fresh snow on the high peaks and lots of deer and elk to enjoy. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

“Everything a home away from home needs!”

Reviewed 6 Sep 2013

The Divine was a perfect home and value for our family vacation. The home had everything we needed to just relax together. The property is newly remodeled and very clean. We cooked together and soaked in the views. When we asked for a crock pot, Windcliff sent one up to the home right away. Each room had beautiful views of the mountains. I was very surprised by how comfortable the bedding a pillows were. We were there in mid July and although it was very hot in town, we were perfectly comfortable in the mountain air with the windows open. If considering this rental, I would share that the rental above can be noisy while you are on the main floor. All Divine bedrooms are on your lower level, so as long as all in your party are sleeping, you do no hear those in the rental above. Also, the bunk room has a popcorn ceiling that crumbles. Maybe from years of top bunk kids touching it? For whatever reason every morning the ceiling pieces would be on the floor and top bunk blankets. Windcliff responded very promptly with out requests to fix the issues with the wash machine, but I just think it needs to be replaced.

“beautiful and relaxing”

Reviewed 15 Jun 2013

The best experience at wincliff we have had! Very nice condo with the absolute most beautiful view. Just the right size for the five of us. There was a small problem with the washing machine...the lid would shimmy open just enough to stop the cycle and if you weren't around or paying attention, you would think the load should be done but it wouldn't be. Couldnt start a load and leave which was annoying but we worked around it. Still enjoyed this stay and loved looking at the mountains from the deck. Also, quite a few stairs which didn't bother us but could be hard for some. Loved the games we found in the closet too.

“Incredible”

We enjoyed an incredible week long stay at this home. I can't even begin to explain how beautiful the view of the mountains truly is. The home was immaculately cleaned. From the pictures we had high expectations for our stay and they were exceeded. We will stay here again!

“Excellent property”

Reviewed 8 Aug 2012

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. We have stayed at Windcliff a couple of times prior so we knew the location well. When we called about reservations, we were guided through the available homes by the Windcliff representative who recommended the Divine home. Excellent choice. Very roomy, great deck (truly "Devine" views), well equipped kitchen (except they need a couple additional serving bowls and a large flat skillet or griddle for pancakes-what are mountain mornings without pancakes?) No doubt we will be at Windcliff again!

Response from the manager Thanks for the great review. The owner has added a large griddle and serving bowls to the home.
