CENTRAL FLORENCE APARTMENT VACATION RENTAL, NEXT TO CENTRAL MARKET, WI-FI and A/C.
You will be welcome in our lovely and comfortable apartment situated in the heart of Florence! This is a fantastic location, just a few hundred meters from the Cathedral, the Accademia Gallery, the Medicean Chapels, the S. Marco Museum, S. Maria Novella Church. Most of the city's amenities and attractions are within easy walking distance. The famous San Lorenzo Market, with its typical Florentine atmosphere and the “Fortezza da Basso" Pitti centre of exposure is 5 minutes on foot.
You can reach every place of interest on foot!
The apartment is located in a beautiful typical quiet street (no traffic noise) at the ground floor of a XVIII° sec. building.
It is made up of: a small living-room with a sofa, a well equipped kitchen (kettle is provided), one bedroom with double bed (160x190 cm), a second bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190 cm), one bathroom with shower/bath, Wc, bidet & wash-basin, a second small bathroom with Wc and wash-basin.
>In the second bedroom there is a single comfortable bed, a wardrobe and a small desk. There is also a mezzanine with a single mattress bed the wooden floor. There is a ladder to climb over so this last solution of the mezzanine is suitable for young people.
The two bedrooms, the living-room and the kitchen open to a private charming flowered courtyard (40 sqm). The whole apartment faces the inner private courtyard and not the street so during the night there is no traffic noise even if the street is not busy. Please, note that the courtyard is exclusive for our guests.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and it has been recently fully restored.
INDEPENDENT GAS HEATING SYSTEM FOR WINTER TIME.
Gas heating cost is not included in the price and it will be charged according to consumption (1,6 Euros per 1 cubic meter).

THE NATURAL AIR-CONDITIONING IN OLD TOWN:
Only who lived in an historical centre can know: thanks to the old building technique, walls are massive and thick; this makes indoor temperature spontaneously fresh, even in the hottest summer days. Anyway during the day or in the night the electrical fans can move the air to refresh it even furtherly. The result is that the apartment is naturally fresh and you feel comfortable anytime just using the fans in the rooms.
For the most demanding customers, however, we have equipped the apartment with A/C in the bedrooms and in the living room for the months of July and August only.
Being the apartment on the ground floor it is easy and comfortable to carry your luggage in. The location of the apartment allows our guests to come back home and having a break during the day, and sightseeing later... without taking any bus or taxi.
Arriving by train guests can reach our apartment from the S.M. Novella railway station easily on foot (15 minutes) without taking any cab or bus, if they wish. From SM Novella railway station they can get buses or train to easily reach (and without driving) all the most important towns of art in Tuscany (Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Arezzo).
Our apartment is ideally located, close to everything but in a very convenient and safe area away from the crowds! Few steps from our apartment there is a well-stocked supermarket (Carrefour express). Restaurants, bank, pharmacy, bike rentals, every kind of shops are at walking distance. Bike and scooter rental's is 50 meters far.

Accueil parfait, merci pour tous les bons conseils de Julia. Magnifique appartement fonctionnel pour un couple et deux adolescents. Le charme de ce très bel appartement à la décoration magnifique situé à deux pas du centre historique et touristique de Florence. Nous avons apprécié la proximité du supermarché juste à 50mètres et du marché à 200 mètres. Un endroit frais pour se ressourcer après nos journées de visite. Appartement pourvu de tout ce dont nous pouvions avoir besoin, air climatisé, ustensiles de cuisine, lave-linge : parfait !

“Absolutely fantastic we would stay again in a heartbeat”
Dear Rosy, what an excellent apartment! You where not kidding when you said it was close to the main attractions Words cannot say how much we enjoyed staying here. We shall take home with us some fantastic memories that will stay with us forever (well untill the next visit). My wife has wanted to to visit Florence for many years, thank you for helping that dream come true. I on the other hand go home 10 kg heavier from all the beautiful Italian food, not to mention the gelato that my wife made me eat! Thank you

“Viva Rosy! Viva Giulia! Viva Firenze!”
A great place to stay in Florence! Rosy and her daughter, Giulia (Julia), have a lovely, fully equipped, modern ground-floor apartment centrally located in Florence with all the conveniences of home. The marble floors and antique furnishings are beautiful! You can cook your own food, but don't miss all the wonderful restaurants Florence has to offer. We had a great week! Saw all the sights--the Duomo, Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, the statue of David at L'Academie, the San Marco Museum, the Market, and much more. Buy a Firenze Pass, and skip the lines. It also includes a free bus pass if you don't like to walk. But you'll miss great sights and sounds that come at you from everywhere. And best of all, sip some Tuscan wine and eat Tuscan food in your own private courtyard courtesy of Rosy and Giulia! Thank you, Rosy and Giulia, for a wonderful week in Florence! Viva Firenze!

“A wonderful week in Rosy’s apartment”
We spent a wonderful week in Rosy’s apartment which is perfectly located, clean, nicely furnished and decorated and had everything we needed. Great location in a quiet street, near the train station and bus lines (about 10-15 minutes walk) and all the major monuments. We felt very comfortable walking at all times of day and night to and from the apartment. The sofa bed in the living-room has a comfortable matress and we appreciated it very much The neighborhood is safe, really cute and within walking distance to everything in Florence. There are restaurants and a small supermarket very close. The apartment is close to everything but in a very quiet area away from the crowds! We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived in Florence. The nice courtyard was a great bonus for beginning and ending each day. We stayed in the apartment in August but the apartment was fresh and we felt comfortable anytime just using the fans in the rooms. The walls of the apartment are massive and thick and this makes indoor temperature spontaneously fresh. Rosy was very kind and provided detailed instructions as well as a helpful booklet about the apartment. Thanks for a great memory of our time in Florence!

“Marvellous holiday in the beautiful environment”
We stayed in Rosy´s apartment for a week during our autumn holiday. We really enjoyed relaxing in the clean and nice apartment. Even our 9-years old daughter felt like beeing at home:) The location of the apartment was excellent. We could walk around the old centre where ever we wanted to, I have been 3 times in Florence and this was the best journey of all. It was so pleasent to live among real Italians!
