5 minutes from the airport, convenient to all your day trips for canopy, ATV, rain forest, museums, coffee tours, night life and more! 45 minute drive to Jaco and Punta Leona.

Tastefully decorated. Secure, surrounded by trees in a quite residential area.

High beamed wood ceilings, airy and fresh! Spacious Living room and dining room with open and fully equipped kitchen.

Want to rest/take a nap or just relax? We have 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms:
Beds for 8: Spacious Master bedroom with queen bed & master bathroom with bathtub, Second and third bedroom with another queen bed, and fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds. .
TV room with a cot/sofa that can accommodate a child. Gated entrance with wide, tree lined streets, beautiful parks and even two small ponds with geese and ducks.

All furniture including mattresses is brand new. We can help you to arrange your tours, car rental and if you want breakfast "tico style", we can deliver it!

How do damage deposits work?

If Karolina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
