There are rules of the house that will be followed in order for you to receive your deposit back. No running in the house, no running around the pool, no children are to be unsupervised. There must not be more than 12 people staying at the house (unless approved from the landlord) . There is an additional fee per person per night children are considered people so need exact head count for the rental agreement. There is a 100.00 pet fee for 1 pet and must be approved by owner.
