Description
Enjoy spectacular water views from every room in the house. There are 2 balcony openings from the upstairs bedrooms and wrap around deck on main level. You can feed the fish directly from the deck.! The house has 3 bedrooms - master has king bed and the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. The beach is on level land - no steps! Fully equipped kitchen including use of condiments/spices, coffee maker, waffle iron, toaster, crock pot, etc.. Wood stove in living room. Grill on deck and plenty of space to eat indoors or out. There is an open fire pit to make camp fires and fishing is great. The stars are a sight to bhold. Use of rowboat. Close to Fair Haven, Brandon or Rutland. Renter brings sheets, towels and drinking water. Everything else is supplied. A great getaway for families or couples. This is the nicest rental on the lake and everything is so homey, clean and comfortable. There are games and tons of books to read. Cable TV. Local phone service. The home is vinyl sided. VT meals and rooms tax of 9% is added to the cost of the rental.
