Description
This is a very comfortable and home like experience in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is close to downtown and the I-5. It is a very well planned out 400 sq ft that takes advantage of the space and feels much larger than what it is. From the very nicely equipped kitchenette that can accommodate cooking most any meal (with spices, herbs, Keurig coffee, tea, sugar and creamers) to the full sized bathroom with the walk in double shower you will be pleased. Then there is the walk in closet with a washer and dryer that includes detergents. For your entertainment we have expanded cable in addition to free Netflix. Ideal for 2 people with a very comfortable queen bed and can easily accommodate 3 with the twin sofa pullout bed. Located a short walk to the City Center down a beautiful tree-lined historic neighborhood.
