Description

N Ashland is located between Columbia (11 miles N) and Jefferson City (15 miles S) on hwy 63 which the main high way in central Missouri. Columbia is located on I70 half way between Kansas City and St. Louis. Ashland is a safe city with good areas to take walks and has grocery store, restaurants and makes a good base to see other areas of Missouri..The house has large trees on the west and east sides of the house, the main street is on the west side, with parking off street next to house and on the east, is a large wooden deck with canvas gazebo with screens and a gas BBQ.There is an enclosed breeze way between the house and the garage. The breeze way is tiled and has large glass doors on the ends with screens.Two steps up and you will be entering the living room dining area and kitchen being separated by a peninsula. The kitchen is well equipped, gas range, side by side, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pot pans, place settings, silver ware and ect.. The kitchen has tiled floors and also a usb charger. There is also a wireless printer.The living room is equipped with 43 inch fs, and Directv with internet going to wifi and Ooma so a person can call for free in the USA. The bath is newly remolded.The house has 3 bedrooms two of them have queen beds and the other bedroom has a full bed. That gives room for6 people to sleep on real beds and there is also the sofa for one. The bedrooms have lots of closet space, a dresser, side tables and two bedrooms have 32 inch fc tvs ,.alarm clock and bed side lamps. The house has brick veneer windows plus dual pane windows. This makes for a quite house. The house has central heating/cooling.there is a front loading washer and a dryer.The backyard has deck, fenced. A , boombox, playing cds, cassettes, aux, and thumb drives.Located 25 min Fulton,.15 min Jefferson City, 15 min Columbia, 45 min Boonville, 60 min lake Ozark, 6 min Columbia Regional airport

We stayed at Gary's place in Ashland Missouri for a wedding. His place is really nice & he provides food & bathroom products like soap & shampoos. He makes you feel at home.
