This two level (2nd & 3rd floors) 1750 square foot 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is in a 13 unit beachfront complex just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. Condo A6 has two covered balconies overlooking the pool & the beach with a fabulous view of the Belize Barrier Reef!

Enter the condo through the handmade stained glass door to find a bedroom to your right with a queen bed. Continue down the hall past the full bath and you'll enter the living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa. The newly remodeled kitchen is on your right and has lovely granite countertops and backsplash, among other new features. Straight ahead is the living/dining area & then a veranda with a fabulous view of the pool and the sea.

Upstairs you’ll find a full bath and two more bedrooms:

-a large master bedroom with king bed, sitting area, and private veranda overlooking the pool and the sea.

--a bedroom with twin beds (which can be made into a king on request).

There are four flat-screen televisions so everyone can watch what they want, and the two-level configuration of the unit really lends itself to privacy within a group.

Getting around

Most people rent golf carts when visiting Ambergris Caye (it’s not possible to rent a car). Our concierge team can arrange your golf cart rental and have it waiting for you at Sunset Beach on your arrival if you wish. Rental costs depend on the cart size and time of year but start at about US$275/week. As mentioned, there are also complimentary bikes & kayaks available at the resort. It’s about a 10 minute bike ride into town. It’s also possible to walk to town, either via the beach (40 minutes to an hour, depending on how fast you walk) or via the road (slightly longer). Taxis are also available.

Interaction with guest

Once booked, I’ll send you a website link with further information on the condos, the resort, and the area. And of course I’m happy to answer any questions at all via email or phone! In addition, we can help with island flights, golf cart bookings, tours, etc, plus of course while you are there our on site staff can help with any questions or issues that may arise.

Ecologically, the turtle grass can't be removed from the beaches of Ambergris Caye as it's what helps feed the sea life (which we love to snorkel & see).
