Royal Sands, Scarborough:

This modern apartment with free secure parking, sleeping up to 4, is situated in a conservation area at Scarborough's North Bay with sea and castle views. The apartment is just a short walk to the award winning beach and Scarborough's top attractions, including the Cricket Ground, Peasholm Park, the Open Air Theatre, the North Bay Miniature Railway, Alpamare Water Park and the town centre.

Accommodation:

Entrance from front or rear of property, via stairs or a lift to the third floor. Hallway, lounge with modern open plan kitchen and dining area with views of the North Bay and Scarborough Castle.

Located off the hallway is a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet and washbasin.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes.

Perfectly positioned on the North Bay, the area can be easily explored on foot, with the award winning beach a few minutes walk away.

Services: Integrated appliances: Fridge/freezer, electric cooker with electric oven, washing machine, slim line dishwasher and microwave.

Essential and useful items are provided for your convenience - dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, washing liquid, kitchen roll/foil, tea, coffee, sugar and milk.

Large screen SMART TV, DVD, Freeview, radio/CD player. Complimentary unlimited fast fibre Wi-Fi. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Heating throughout the apartment is provided by electric storage heaters and a modern electric fire in the lounge. EPC Rating - B.

Outside: Free parking - allocated secure parking space behind electric gates. Please ask about additional parking options, bicycle and mobility scooter storage.

Perfectly positioned on the North Bay, the area can easily be explored on foot, with the beach a few minutes walk away. Conveniently located near Peasholm Park, The Open Air Theatre, Alpamare Water Park, shops and opposite the North Bay Cafe. Many attractions are nearby and there is a bus stop outside the apartments. The train station is only 1 mile away.

“Great weekend getaway”

We had a lovely time in Scarborough. Perfect apartment in a great location. Attention to detail was superb. Any queries were dealt with by Sue promptly. We will be back!

“Great Apartment”

Wonderful apartment with secure parking. All facilities you could need in the apartment which was also very clean. Sea views & within walking distance of beach Peasholm park & many more attractions.
