This was a great place for 18 family members , from 2 yo to 64 . Lots of room , beautiful deck , grill & hot tub . The bedrooms are spacious , and super-comfortable . The whole place is got so many different areas to hang out in , front garden , pool table rumpus room , dining area are all great , but we were able to take advantage of the huge deck most of the waking hours Everything we wanted for a busy , geographically scattered family , I recommend it .

Stayed here for a week in the summer with 17 people in our extended family. There was room for everyone. Everything was great. Property was clean and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful and responsive but never intrusive. We enjoyed nearby amusement park, riding ATVs, and the pickleball court near home. We all recommend. Delesa

"I wholeheartedly recommend this property for large family gatherings or other large group trips. 16 of us visited in late September for a golf trip - and we were all perfectly comfortable. Large family room, large rec room (with pool table), hot tub, private deck/yard, plenty of bathrooms, and beds for everyone (even a couple of others to spare). Perfect location near the ski slopes, golf courses, fishing, hiking, biking, and all the other wonderful things you can do in the Colorado mountains year-round. Gated community, close to groceries, restaurants, bars, coffee and other services. The house itself is very large, clean, modern, and well-appointed. Lots of beds for the whole group. Owner/manager was responsive and great to work with too."

Great upscale home, with professional management who assisted with all of our vacation needs, both during our stay, as well as during the reservation process. The home was clean and organized, with a terrific layout and accommodations for large groups. The huge deck with scenic view was a really special gathering place for meals, games, and conversations. The deck has a private hot tub, new deck furniture, and a top of the line Weber grill. The scores of trees and landscaping around the home provided a private enclave with a comfortable distance from neighbors. We enjoyed both gourmet and value oriented restaurants nearby, the convenience to nearby shopping, and the close proximity to activities.
