From $800 per week for 2 people (15% extra for Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks). Sleeps 4 max ($75 for each additional person).

Situated just feet from the warm, clear and shallow waters of the Caribbean Sea less than 2km from bustling West End, but away from the tourists in the residential community of Sandy Bay.

Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bedroom (queen bed and A/C), casual comfortable living room (with sleeper couch, queen-size to accommodate up to 2 additional guests), bathroom and covered decks overlooking the ocean and the nearby reef. Great location to watch the sunset and a variety of hummingbirds, woodpeckers, wading birds and wild parrots. Snorkel straight from the beach. Walking distance to dive schools.

Security is provided by Bulldog Security, widely ackowledged to be the best on the island, providing response to the alarm system and regular patrols.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Laraine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
