Description

This is no doubt the perfect haven for unwinding, recouping, and rejuvenating the Soul Located right in the Heart of Sedona where Uptown and West Sedona meet, this is an ideal location for walking into west Sedona to the health food stores and misc other shopping, hitting our amazing hiking trails and/or strolling into Uptown for a day of browsing and tourists activities. If you happen to need or want online time while you're here, the in-home office is huge and well appointed. There's a lovely courtyard you'll be facing from the desk that is frequently visited by our native critters as they mosey through to the hillside just behind the house. Deer, bobcats, javelina, and every bird, hawk lizard imaginable will come to visit at some point. The lovely water feature and feeders galore have a way of calling nature to your door.

Furnishings throughout the house are contemporary in flare and of high quality for that expected vacation pampering. Instead of too much description, photos say it better. Many are attached here and others are available should you wish to see even more.

There are awe inspiring panoramic red rock views from both inside and outside the property. Our gorgeous, quiet, meandering and hilly neighborhood roads are traffic free and boast 360 degree views of some of Sedona's finest. Back at the house, there's a lovely viewing deck for lounging that takes in both north and east facing views. And there's a spacious hillside patio facing south in the back that's totally private. There you'll find a totally chemical free hot tub, beautifully bubbling water feature, and great double hammock . All this oversees a private hillside free of anything but mother nature in all her native glory and an organic vegetable garden. Again I add private as a key enjoyment factor here.

$4000 per month, refundable security deposit, and $300 cleaning fee. 1/2 to hold reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. References please and I'm happy to offer same. Please call with any questions and to determine if this revered spot is ideal for your Sedona stay.
