Il Gineprino is a wonderful Villa/Chalet for rent in Tuscany located in the top of the area of Vallombrosa (elevation 1450m) immersed amongst the wonderful mountain near Florence. Stylishly furnished with the capacity to sleep 11 people this villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany.
External Description:
A Corner of Paradise located just 35 km or a 45 minute drive from Florence, you will find this fabulous location immersed in the heart of the wonderful Natural Reserve of Vallombrosa and close the Ancient Wooded area of Sant'Antonio, surrounded by private park 4.000 sqm and containing a beautiful garden. There is external terrace about 20 sqm ideal for relaxing and enjoy the solarium. There is also a pergola with barbecue and a tennis table. The villa has car parking facilities.
Internal Description:
The villa/chalet is spread over 3 floors for a total floor space of roughly 200sqm. The villa offers guests 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and has been furnished with attention to detail. The villa is warm, cozy and colourful, the walls are highly decorated. Ilaria the owner of the property is an artist, oil paintings, frescoes and this villa shows off her full talent.
There is a short outer staircase which leads to the terrace where you will find the entrance to the villa. Upon entering you will find a lovely living room with a modern style chimney and a cozy dining area. On this floor you will also find a well equipped kitchen, two triple bedrooms each with private bathroom complete with tub, bidet, toilet and sink.
On the top floor you will find a lovely attic which houses a charming tea room, a small double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (tub, toilet and bidet) which is a romantic and delicious spot.
In the downstair there is a triple bedroom very cozy and spacious with private bathroom (double shower jacuzzi, double sink, bidet and toilet).
Apart from the standard sleeping capacity for 11 people in 4 bedrooms there is the possibility of adding three extra single beds, and a baby bed if needed.
Our Personal Opinion:
Ideal for a family or a group of friends for short term rentals. The location of the villa garantees a perfect privacy within a surrounding environment superb. The villa/chalet is lovely and bright, perfect for anyone who loves nature, beautiful landscapes,walks and wants to live in comfort and relax in the quiet Tuscan.
The property can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.
