Description

Located in the hamlet of Gawthrop, only 0.6 of a mile from Dent is Hazel Cottage which has been tastefully restored to create a stunning cottage for two persons.

To the front, the porch has been rebuilt with oak timbers and a stable door, leading through to the open plan living area with log burning stove, flat screen Smart television with free sat, and soft furnishings by Laura Ashley. The kitchen area is equipped with a breakfast bar, built in appliances including a fridge with freezer tray, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob with extractor.

Upstairs leads to a double bedroom (4' 6") with a wall mounted flat screen television, oak furnishings, built in wardrobe and views over the low level stone out-houses towards Dent Village. On the same landing is a bespoke bathroom with roll top bath, bath robes, wc hand basin and separate shower cubicle with power shower.

There are stunning photographs of local views by Emma Amsden upstairs and down.

A high efficiency central heating system and lashings of hot water for the roll top bath.

Outside to the front is a small paved area with table and chairs.

Linen and towels are provided with heat, light and a generous fuel allowance for the wood burning stove. Free on street parking.

1 pet permitted (ground floor only).

How do damage deposits work?
