Description

Welcome to our Beach side Retreat, a cozy well furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath home that is just ONE SHORT BLOCK from the beach. The house will comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. PLEASE NOTE SUMMER RATES & ONE WEEK MINIMUM STAY DURING SUMMER FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION:

Two Stories: Entrance is on the first level, with the living room, kitchen, dining room and one bath. 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs. You can also enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather in our large shared but private courtyard.

Master bedroom has a king-sized bed; the second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds and there's a murphy (full-sized) bed on the first floor.

Our garage also contains everything you need to enjoy your day at the Beach (including umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, bicycles, boogie boards, toy wagon, wet suits etc).

LOCATION:

•A short minute's walk to the beach.

•Very close to downtown Oceanside and10 minute walk to Oceanside Pier.

•Amtrack/Metrolink is also nearby.

•It's about a 10 minute drive to Legoland and Carlsbad. 30 minutes drive south to San Diego, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and other SD attractions.

•Drive 45 minutes north to Disneyland, Universal Studios and other Orange County attractions.

You will enjoy the entire space to yourself, it's quiet with complete privacy.
