Why stay in a hotel? Lexington Relocation Services provides quality, affordable executive housing for short and long term needs. With a wide variety of locations to choose from in and around the beautiful, scenic city of Lexington, Kentucky, our fully furnished apartments are an excellent alternative to a hotel.

All of our furnished apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (including dishes, utensils, pots & pans, etc) and a washer and dryer. All utilities are provided (including expanded cable and high-speed wireless internet), and our apartments include fresh linens and towels. All communities include open parking and are among the safest and most luxurious here in Lexington. Each community also features a fitness center, business center, and swimming pool. Pools in Lexington are usually open from late May through mid-September.

This apartment is located at 4057 Mooncoin Way, Lexington, KY 40515. Built in 2009, Forty57 is a beautifully maintained property. Near the corner of Man O'War and Nicholasville Road, this community is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and groceries. This 1-bedroom apartment is 760 sq. ft. large. A second floor unit is featured, but we do carry multiple apartments at this location and several other communities in the city. Just let us know if a different floor level is preferred. The community does not include elevators.

All adult occupants are required to complete an application for the property to run a criminal background check. This form will be emailed to you once a reservation is made.

There is a LexTran bus stop within 0.9 miles of the apartment. Many guests also utilize Uber and Lyft.

Interaction with guest

Within 24 hours of making a reservation, guests will receive a brief email from Lexington Relocation. Within one week of their arrival, guests will receive an email with all apartment details and arrival instructions. The apartment includes a lockbox on the front door with keys inside. Guests will be able to check in directly to their apartment without having to meet anyone to pick up keys. Although Lexington Relocation employees do not live on site, we're always available to help answer any questions or provide recommendations! We also provide guests with a 24-hour emergency # to contact outside of our regular business hours.

Smoking is not permitted within the apartments. A minimum fee of $500 will be assessed if guests smoke inside apartments. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted with a non-refundable $350 pet fee. One fee covers up to 2 pets and is not charged per pet. The following breeds are restricted: Akita, Bull Mastiff, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier), Presa Canario, Saint Bernard, and Rottweiler.
