Located on a quiet street in Treasure Island, just a few blocks to Historical John's Pass. ENJOY privacy, seclusion and never ending views of sunsets, boating, dolphins, sea birds.
MAIN FLOOR/SECOND FLOOR:
•Wonderful great room plan living/dining area (fireplace is decorative only - non functional but there is a firepit in backyard)
•Gourmet kitchen fully equipped - stainless steel appliances, custom granite countertops
•Large flat screen TV with DVD in great room, Stereo system
•Living/dining/kitchen all overlook the sparkling Gulf of Mexico open to spacious balcony

Response from the owner Thank you for the comments! I appreciate any constructive criticism as the owners and I are always striving to make the property the best it can be. This week we have had the tree trimmer stop by as some of the views of the Gulf did have a few fruit trees/palm trees in the way. The couches and mattresses are less than 3 years new and other guests have not been unsatisfied but I will certainly check them. Thank you again for taking the time to do a review!
