Feel the ocean breezes in this peek a boo ocean view 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly renovated condo. Located on the first floor of the complex, you are steps away from the heated pool and jacuzzi and only one block away from the ocean and harbor in Oceanside. The complex has a tennis court, a roof top view and sunning deck and gas barbeques.
You will be able to park your car in the gated parking lot that has two assigned parking spots for you.
The unit is light, bright, with many windows, a balcony that faces the ocean, and a private, gated side patio with plenty of seating.
The furniture is modern but cozy and there is cable tv with many channels available on the two large flat screen tvs.
The kitchen is fully stocked with an icemaker in the side by side refrigerator, and appliances and cooking items that are all less than a year old.
There is a laundry room for your convenience with a full size washer and dryer.
The condo has a king size bed and a queen size bed, both new Sealy Posturepedic.
There is a shower and a bathtub/shower combination. New granite countertops.
