If you want to experience a relaxed vacation any time of the year in an authentic Mayan house surrounded by a beautiful private sand beach with calm waters on the emerald coast of the Yucatan Peninsula, visit the "Casa de Cocos ". It is a cozy, detached, spacious, single-family house built with Mayan architectural elements ( Thatch roof , crosswind cooling effect and round walls) located on a charming beach on the edge of an traditional Mayan village Telchac Puerto, surrounded by countless , mature coconut palms. For those looking to add sightseeing to their vacation, you can find the beautiful Chichen Itza pyramids about 90 miles/120 km away , cenotes , pyramids around Merida ( capital city of Yucatan ) The house sits on a large, private property 25 meter of beach x 122 meter. In June 2016 a laguna pool hugging the terrace was built. Also 2 bathrooms were remodeled to achieve a luxury elements in the house (finished in 2016)

The Casa de Cocos offers 3 bedrooms with ac and accommodates up to 6 guests. Upstairs, there are 2 independent en suites located on huge terrace overlooking the ocean. Two bedrooms have a king size bed and both contain personal bathrooms with showers. Downstairs is the final bedroom which has a queen size bed and full size bed with bathroom next to it. The house was upgraded with new floors and rebuilt bathrooms 2 and 3 with marble ,glass and marble vanities.

The open plan downstairs offers fully american style equipped kitchen which includes a stainless steel refrigerator (double door), a microwave, gas cooktop, oven toaster, espresso machine, coffee machine and grinder. It also includes 1 dispenser of 20 liter purified jug water. The kitchen has a large pantry which accommodates all families, small and big. The walk -in pantry also serves as a safe room. The kitchen features all granite countertops and one piece granite island with gas cooktop and additional sink. All sinks in the kitchen are custom made from granite. The cabinets have marble shelves and cabinets doors are from tempered glass.Living area is spacious with built in sofa and comfortable sectional .

The house offers internet with wifi inside and around house. The guests can stream their favorite shows, news and sports events on their devices.If you have Netflix back home ,you can watch it in Mexico

There is also a washer ( laundry room is located on left side of terrace )Outside is a charcoal grill.

The property has a private, spacious parking.

Daily shopping and in home cooking are available upon request.

How do damage deposits work?

If Dagmar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
