Perfect location!! Experience the Baja in the comfort of my one-bedroom condo at Club La Costa in San Jose del Cabo. One of the best looking and best maintained condominium projects on the Los Cabos corridor! Golf course & cactus garden view from my large private patio (sunny in AM, shade in PM. Ideal !), across the street from the magnificent beaches of the Pacific Ocean, walk to downtown, art district, restos, shops & market!

I have travelled around myself and I can say that I love Cabo! I want you to love it too! I make sure my place has all the things I would like to find if I was renting somewhere: comfortable, full equipped kitchen, large private patio, wi-fi, nice ambience, beach accessories, even golf clubs!, and many extras. My condo is ground floor and a corner unit, so it has extra windows, lots of light, no stairs to climb all the time. Steps from the pool / hot tub area. It’s my piece of paradise (see for yourself, my pictures are up to date!) I enjoy the Mexican feel it has, because this is why I come to Mexico!

I've owned for over 20 years (I'm from Vancouver, Can) and I will share my knowledge of the area to make sure you have an enjoyable vacation, trouble free! If I'm not there myself to greed you, my property manager will.

I'm located only 15 min walk from La Comer (a large grocery store). The charming town of San Jose del Cabo where you can find all kinds of boutiques and restaurants, including the very popular art district, is only a 20 min walk away.

Wheels are not needed because I am conveniently located, but rental cars of many kind are widely available. For many tourists, after visiting fast and frenetic Cabo San Lucas the first time, San Jose del Cabo ends up being their destination of choice for future visits. It sure was for me! I appreciate the ambience found in San Jose del Cabo, what has been called the REAL Cabo.

He doesn't show around but definitely greet you and answer questions. I'm also always available by email/text. Yes I agree, being in Cabo in October when it's very hot (especially this year I heard) having a car isn't really optional if you want to enjoy the surroundings, unless you plan very early in the am, or late pm. By mid-November it gets lot more confortable to walk around. I often let my teenagers play in the waves, close to the shore of the beach in front, and many do, but only at certain times, when it's calm (absolutely NO swimming though), but again, during hurricane season (Sept, Oct), there may not be times when you can trust Mother Nature and better not take the chance. I will update my info. Thanks again for being generous with your time writing this review! Hope to serve you and your family again in the futur!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
