Description

All you could want for a getaway weekend or a month long rest or thorough exploration of the Baja area. The open layout makes for a very comfy lifestyle for just one couple and it is roomy enough for a family gathering. 3 bedrooms (see note below re 4th), 4 baths (2 full ensuites, 1 half, 1 powder). Large, level and very private patio and pool area for family gatherings or BBQs. Pool has optional gas pool heater for $25/day.

Ideal location at edge of village on quiet cul-de-sac. Beach is a block away and large Mega (now la Comer) grocer, restaurants, shops are all within easy walking distance. Hotel Zone is 10 min walk if you want to check for day/spa passes. For quiet stay at home days there is 52" satellite TV and fiber optic hi-speed internet (and lots of books).

Sleeps 6.

For larger gatherings (max 8), or smaller groups desiring more space, there is optional separate entrance studio suite on ground level with Full size bed, ensuite bathroom and small kitchenette. Additional fee. Villa works great for two couples to have own space.

All furnishings, kitchen supplies, BBQ, towels, linens included.

There are taxis and limos available either by booking online, phone or a 5 min walk. Within a 5-10 min walk there is a pleasant boulevard of shops, restaurants for the days you don't want to drive or taxi.

Excellent holiday. Although villa is in centre of town it feels really secluded. When we had a problem with the A.C. it was fixed quickly even though it was on a Saturday afternoon. Pool area great place to relax.
