Description
The "Petite Ville" Residences is a complete self contained ground floor one bedroom, Luxury apartment, situated in the centre of Limoux.
The apartment is situated in the small square of the petit Ville (the old spanish quarter)just a short walk accross the Pont Neuf to the main town square.
The appartment offers its own private entrance with a lounge, Kitchen and bedroom with a lovely bathroom.
All very tastfully decorated and furnished to a high quality.
There is TV both French and UK, internet access, DVD, ipod docking and all the other facilities you would expect from in a modern apartment. The kitchen is fully facilitated with oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer along with all the other stuff coffee making and toaters etc.
The apartment is a very short walk from the main station and has nearby parking.
There are mountain bikes for hire from the owners if you wish to ride around and cycle into the vinyards and local villages.
The apartment is not part of a comunial block and being on the ground floor is suitable for people with limited ability with only the entrance step to negotiate.
