Stunning 5 bedroom/5.5 bath beach house on 200' of Caribbean white sand. The feel and amenities of resort living in the privacy of your own home.

Wataview offers 4 full time staff members to accommodate you and start your mornings by preparing coffee, tea and juice. Chef services are also included for up to 2 meals per day for your group. Daily cleaning and laundry service included.

The home's 5 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms include 4 king size beds, 40" TVs, iPad/iPod/smart phone docking stations, safe, double vanity in the bathroom as well as walk-in showers. One of the king bedrooms also features an outdoor shower. The 5th bedroom holds two single beds (can be made into a kingsize bed), flat screen TV, iPad/iPod/smart phone, safe, docking stations, double vanity in the bathroom, spa tub and outdoor shower.

Two spacious living rooms (one upper and one lower) provide comfortable entertainment space and each have 60" LED TVs, surround sound and Blu Ray/DVD players. A wet bar is conveniently located next to the lower living area.

Indoor and outdoor dining areas comfortably seat 10 for your formal or casual meals.

The generously spaced kitchen is perfect for the home cook or the professional chef featuring a double oven, induction cook top, microwave drawer, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, large pantry, bar and eat-in breakfast alcove.

Wataview offers plenty of space outdoors for entertaining and soaking up the Caribbean sun. Large covered beachfront veranda, swimming pool deck with enough deck chairs for all your guests, BBQ, outdoor bar with ice machine, fridge, swimming pool and hot tub. 210' foot pier for boat parking, fishing or swimming and snorkeling.

Private tennis court with basketball net. Rackets and balls provided. Home gym includes fitness trainer, treadmill, weights, stepping machine, yoga gear, TV and pool table.

Paddleboards and kayaks also included.

Wataview is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and only 10 minutes from San Pedro Town on Ambergris Caye.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joanne (the owner) a message.

If Joanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
