Description
A newly converted stone building , which has been tastefully decorated to a high standard. The cottage is set in 3 acres of well tendered gardens and farm land, on the outskirts of Bronllys. Because of the slightly elevated position of the property there are spectacular view's of Hay Bluff and the Black Mountain's . The property is only 2 miles from Talgarth and it's famous mill, 6 miles from the world famous book town of Hay-on-wye , 9 miles away from the market town of Brecon and 12 miles away from Builth Wells home of the Prestigious Royal Welsh Show. This cottage is very conveniently situated.
The Wye Valley is very famous for it's wonderful Mountain's, Valley's and River's. Walking, climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, fishing, pony trekking and for those that love the country side, it's just on our door step.
The area is also famous for it's Brecon Jazz Festival and the Hay Literature Festival, both highly recommended.
Families with 4-5 people will love our property as the adjoining bedroom's, double sofa bed, cot and ensuite makes a perfect family space.
Small groups will also enjoy the property inside and out and its facilities with its lavish decor including its own private hot tub making their stay very luxurious.
Couples of 2-4 can also use this space as there is a door between the bedrooms making them totally private .
Cottage accommodation: Sleeps 4- 5, 2 bedroom's and a sofa bed
Ground Floor:
A newly fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge.
A large dinning room with table and chairs for 6 and a sofa.
A very spacious sitting room with 2 large leather sofa's, a wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player. There is varied selection of book's, board games, dvd's etc. Information on the local area, maps, leaflets.
Bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and walk-in-shower.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: A twin room, with a sofa bed and TV
Bedroom 2: A double with TV, ensuite toilet and wash hand basin (accessed through bedroom bedroom 1)
Outside:
Glass covered wooden terrace with hottub, patio table, chair's, sun lounger and BBQ.

“Twymp Barn”
What a lovely place, it has everything and more. The gardens with the flowers and shrubs were beautiful and to top it off,the hot tub. So peaceful and relaxing, with the cockerel crowing but not till after 9 in the morning.A little haven.
