This impressive country hall is set on the edge of the picturesque city of St Asaph, in Denbighshire and can sleep 19 people in 8 bedrooms.Richmond Hall is an impressive country hall, set on the edge of the picturesque city of St Asaph, in Denbighshire and can sleep 19 people. The cottage has a king-size double with en-suite, two doubles with en-suite, a ground floor king-size double, a family room with 1 double and 2 singles and en-suite and a family room with 1 king-size double and 1 single and en-suite, as well as a separate basin and WC. The property also has a kitchen with breakfast area, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room, a drawing room, a first floor snooker room with bar, fridge, seating area and two rooms with basins and WCs, a gym with equipment, a changing room with shower room, a sauna and a shared, heated, indoor pool and Jacuzzi pool. The property also has an annexe with two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking, lawned gardens, two patios, a waterfall pond, furniture, a barbecue, four acres of woodland, a tennis court and table tennis. Richmond Hall is a wonderful self-catering holiday base.

Electric double AGA with electric hob, electric oven and hob in utility, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 11 x TVs (9 with Freeview, 2 with basic Sky), DVD, CD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 x travel cots, highchairs and stairgates. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Lawned gardens, two patios, waterfall pond, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Note: Children must be supervised around pool area, leisure facilities and waterfall pond at all times. Note: Maid Service can be arranged by prior arrangement. Note: Check-in strictly after 4pm. Note: The owner can recommend outside caterers if required. All weather tennis court and indoor table tennis., tennis courts are only to be used in the summer season. This property accepts bookings -

Situated in the Vale of Clwyd and overlooking the rivers Elwy and Clwyd, this city provides opportunities for riverside walks. St Asaph is also home to an historic cathedral, which dates back 1400 years in parts and has the reputation of being the smallest, ancient cathedral in Britain. The city offers numerous activities, attractions and amenities, including gastronomic dining experiences, angling, horse riding, traditional pubs, crown green bowling, a leisure centre and craft and gift shops.
