Welcome to stunning Casa Vista Oasis – in the perfect location to enjoy the best of Los Cabos. This new 5 bedroom, 5 & ½ bath luxury home encompasses over 3300 sq feet of indoor space as well as multiple outdoor decks and patios, 2 car garage, private swimming pool, and yard. Large enough to accommodate multiple families and larger groups, this home stands apart by being ideally located in the heart of quaint, historic San Jose del Cabo.
Restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shops are within walking distance, not to mention the golf course, San Jose estuary, and miles of pristine beach for walking along the Sea of Cortez. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the hotel strip and backs onto a park affording even greater privacy and peace.
Inside are five spacious bedrooms; four with plush king size beds and one with bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite and ample closet space. Upstairs find the spectacular master suite with its stunning view of the Sea of Cortez and 5 piece bath including a jetted tub with ocean views. This room opens onto the upstairs deck for private relaxation. A second master and the kids' bedroom complete the upstairs. The other two bedrooms are downstairs: one a full master facing the pool and ocean, the other opening onto the backyard and park. The rest of the lower level contains the airy, modern open concept living/dining/kitchen areas, with their elegant upgrades and unique touches. Recessed sliding doors across the living and dining room allow you to open up the house and provide uninterrupted views and access to the outdoor living space, pool and views of the ocean. The kitchen features granite counter tops, high-end stainless steel appliances, and water purification on the kitchen tap and in-fridge water & ice dispensers for your convenience. Washer and dryer are contained in the laundry room off the kitchen.
Outside features a large covered patio with propane BBQ, dining table, and seating area where you can watch the sun rise over the ocean or the exotic birds flitting around the flowers or fountain. Step off the patio onto the grass and slip into the pool for a refreshing dip. The pool features a large lower shelf creating a great shallower area for younger kids to play as well. The house is equipped with WiFi and printer/scanner, as well as a large flatscreen TV in living room with satellite and DVD player.

Response from the owner We thank the guest for their review. As a point of perspective, the pool is not heated and was not represented as heated. As manager, I responded as quickly as possible to guests many requests, a slow cooker, a large roasting pan etc, etc, etc. Yes, there was an unfortunate drain back up on Christmas day which we responded to with staff to repair and had it repaired that day. Not an easy task. We were not told there was 'cleanup' required in the house and would have cleaned it if requested. This is a lovely home in a good location and even with the substantial discount provided some folks will always look for negatives.
