Luxurious apartment of 110 square meters restored in 2014.Situato the second floor of a historic building in the center of the city of Venice, a hundred meters from the Rialto Bridge and at three hundred from St. Marco.La house consists of a large entrance hall , living room and dining room with stylish new sofas golden suede Venetian manufacture and table glass dining with seating for Italian design wooden, two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom with shower, a second bathroom equipped elegant taps. The small kitchen located in the corridor leading to the living room is complete with electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, moka coffee maker, kettle, coffee machine, lavastoviglie.Adiacente the kitchen also leads to a room fitted wardrobes where you can conveniently store luggage and clothes. To be paid upon arrival € 60 for final cleaning and € 4 per person per night for tourist tax, children 10-14 years will pay 2 € per night, children 0-10 non-paying.
