"Beach Cottage" has benefited from an extensive refurb. during the 22/23 winter including a balcony off the lounge which brings it to a 5* rating. 100 yds from Benllech’s blue flag, sandy beach. Spectacular,
panoramic views to Puffin Island and Llandudno’s Great Orme. During 21/22 the property underwent full refurb... redecoration, new windows, internal doors and central heating. Upstairs open plan with new kitchen, breakfast bar and toilet/sink.Balcony off lounge to maximise the spectacular views. Downstairs new bathroom with rainfall shower and staircase.

Dog friendly - upto 2 dogs welcome ( £30 each). A very popular holiday home in ever popular Benllech village. Gold Award holder, strictly no smoking, three bedroomed 'upside down' house set in private courtyard. It offers spectacular views over the bay and across to Puffin Island and the Great Orme at Llandudno. The beautiful,dog friendly, blue flag beach is only 100 yards from the property and golfers and watersports enthusiasts are well catered for on the island. The coastal footpath runs alongside the beach to the delightful Red Wharf Bay, where there is a choice of 2 pubs/licensed cafe.Benllech village, which is less that 200 yds walk away, is well catered for in terms of shops etc. There are 3 supermarkets, an award winning fish and chip shop, Chinese, Indian takeways, 3 pubs, library, lots of independent shops selling local produce and gifts etc.Further afield is historic Beaumaris with its 13th century castle and the National Trust's Plas Newydd. 5 golf courses, angling and sea fishing available locally. Shop 200 yards, pub 150 yards, restaurant 100 yards. Ground floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. Bathroom with rainfall shower over bath, sink and toilet. First floor: open plan lounge with sea views/dining room, kitchen and toilet/sink, Electrical central heating together with all bed linen, towels, private designated parking,power (excludes EV charging) and unlimited full fibre fast Wifi broadband. Travel cot and high chair provided. 42ins TVs , CD player, DVD player. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Hairdryer, Tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Freezer. Patio with comfortable sofa, chairs and table. Designated parking in private courtyard for 1 car with additional parking for 1 car available on request. No smoking. Usually Friday to Friday with options to take 3 or 4 night breaks. Check in 4pm and check out 10am.
N.B. Winter fuel supplement of £7 per night between 1st Oct and 1st April. Pets are charged at £30 per pet. Both charges are payable directly to the owner either by cheque to Mr Chris Welch Thistledown, Drointon Lane, Stowe by Chartley, Staffs, ST18 0LD or bank transfer - please ask for details.

“Great,accommodation”
Beach cottage in benlech is immaculate, the view from window is spectacular, everything you need is in the cottage. The lovely sandy beach is very close with lovely cafe on the beach does good food. Everything was perfect even the weather

“Excellent location, very comfortable cottage”
The cottage is in a fantastic location. Close to the lovely beach, and all the local amenities. We felt very much at home, the fittings and facilities were great. The cottage has an amazing view of the beach and sunrise. It was very dog friendly, which made us enjoy ourselves all the more. Welcome pack was most enjoyable. Will return again.
